Calibration/Repair instructions

* Fill out Return Equipment Form before returning your faulty product to Maser

* Return equipment to Maser Technology Group, Unit 9 15B Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW 2086 and include a copy of Return Equipment Form with package

* Fax copy of form to Maser Technology on 02 9452 6340 or email to service@maser.com.au

* Service department will come back to you with a quote for repair/calibration

* If happy to proceed, fax or email quote back signed by authorised person or issue Purchase Order

* Payment (if not under warranty) by following Payment instructions for direct deposit or credit card payment.

* Notify Maser by email service@maser.com.au or phone 02 9452 6062 that payment has been made.

* Goods will be returned to you
